From Reconstruction to Art

The artwork for Gents Cards was created using modern AI tools, but each piece is the result of a multi-stage conceptual process, historical analysis, and exceptional attention to detail. Clothing, materials, objects, landscapes, and buildings that no longer exist were reconstructed based on available sources, archaeological finds, and current knowledge — with the goal of imagining as faithfully as possible how they may have looked in their prime.

We do not want this to be the final stage of their story. Gents Cards is intended to become a space co-created by artists representing different cultures, countries, and styles. We invite creators from around the world to collaborate — giving existing cards their own original visual interpretation.

Only when genuine human-made digital art replaces our existing artwork will Gents Cards enter the physical world. The cards will then become not only part of the game, but also a collection of real art — created by people from around the world and released in a form that can be held in your hands!
