One of the biggest problems in today's card games is the emergence of a so-called meta — a small set of cards and strategies used by nearly all of the best players. This causes decks to become increasingly similar, making the game boring and predictable. That problem does not exist here.
From Reconstruction to Art
The artwork for Gents Cards was created using modern AI tools, but each piece is the result of a multi-stage conceptual process, historical analysis, and exceptional attention to detail. Clothing, materials, objects, landscapes, and buildings that no longer exist were reconstructed based on available sources, archaeological finds, and current knowledge — with the goal of imagining as faithfully as possible how they may have looked in their prime.
